I'm new to Acrobat 9 Pro, I used to just use the reader program. Besides creating pdf files from web pages and other sources, can I alter the content on these files once I create the file, like change text for example?

Probably a dumb question, but if anyone has any answers!

Yes, pro will let you do "Some" changes, such as correcting text / spelling errors ( providing the original PDF hasn't been locked )
However it is very limited in what you can actually change.

Acrobat pro is not a desktop publishing program, for that you will still need, MS Word, Indesign to create or edit the original document.

    Hope that helps
