    Unfortunately, no.
    According to Adsense Help Notice.... "Depending on your payment address, the following payment options may be available to you: Checks, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), EFT via Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA), Wire Transfer and Western Union Quick Cash."

    The Answer is No. AdSense does not send your payments to PayPal. Once you have reached your first $10 you will be asked to set your payment settings. There you can choose how to get paid.
    Here is some instructions when you have reached the payment method selection threshold:
    1. Sign in to your AdSense account.
    2. Click the gear icon [​IMG] and select Payments, then visit your Payment settings.
    3. In the "Available forms of payment" section, click Add new bank account or Add new form of payment
    That's it! :)
