Can i do with CMS?

    I am looking for help to choose CMS or any other software .
    I have website.I want to add text update with images, to specific place update from back end, but i need help which one is easy to use and install.

    Can i do with any cms?

    Yes! you can use joomla cms. its better for you, its very user friendly.
