Ther'es nothing stopping your from registering a domain name that includes a tradmarked name, but the trademark owner will probably come after you if you create a site using that name and ask you to shut down the site.

depend on if they want to bust your ass.
i received a C&D lette from circuity city for name circuitcitydiscount.com

i have over 50 name with TM on it..so far i 've only got one letter. I don't know it is wrong to do it when i reg it..now i have delete them all. just don't want any trouble.

Ofcourse you can reg whatever you want, only if you want to get legal letter from those big company

Exactly right--you can register whatever you want, and you might inconspicuous enough to get away with it. It doesn't change the fact that its a violation of the law, and companies have every right to seek damages in court (they DON'T have to start with a cease and desist letter, though many do because it is cheaper than litigation).

Why go spend the time and money building something that can be brought down so easily. If they take the name, you will be left with pages that will have to be reindexed under a new name.
