I have a blog in blogger which is 4 yrs old. Its PR is 3. Momentarily i have created a .com domain and started building a professional website. But when i search in copyscape, i came to find, i have already posted the same article in my previous blog. Now, Can i copy the article to my new site? Is it against the TOS of google search engine and adsense? what if i delete the article from previous blog and copy it in my new one? Will the SERP of my new site be effected by this action? please suggest me some ways

It will be considered as duplicate content. In this case, you should consider to rewrite the article or redirect your blog to you new website

How do you write something and find out you already posted it to your site. Seems like a copy and paste deal. Just rewrite it if you want to repost it. I am no fan of rewriting, but it is obviously done all the time so I wouldn't sweat it too much.

Thank you everyone for the replies.
@gameutopia---- Actually before some yrs i have created pages from frontpage. At that time i prefer to go with blogger rather buying webhosting and domains. So, i had copied many of my contents to blogger. But now i want to be the only owner of my contents so i am going for constructing professional site (which i have access to sell in future) instead of depending on blogger and today i posted the article created before 3 years and when i checked it in copyscape, the result was, that content was already posted on my blogger blog. Now, i better write another new article modifying that article.

What you can do is copy all content from blogger blog to your new domain and redirect the old url's to your new domain pages.

As I know, the same article submit in the two different blog shouldn't effect the TOS of Google search engine,if you afraid this situation happen, maybe you can change your article name, but the content can keep original.
recently,I was researching the tablet PC,do you have any idea about it?

No, copying the same content to your new website will kill your SERP rankings and may ban your website for google AdSense.

Do not delete your articles from previous sites, it will generate crawl errors in your webmaster tools. Moreover these blogs will be available in the Google index, so your blog will generate 404 error.

The best thing is to create fresh content for your new website or rewrite the original content (rewriting is just an alternate, in case, you don't have time to maintain your new site)
