    i recently convinced my cousin into cpa and i was setting up a account with the following networks

    neverblue ads

    copeac

    and wondered if it was illegal to sign up it, because he was under 18

    nd also it didn t ask for age

    I think you have to be at least 18, that s the legal to file the w9 form.
