    If you're the copyright holder of ALL the movies you show on it or you have permission from the copyright holder(s) to show the movies.

    Well I am only showing trailers from youtube on my website..My website link to other websites containing the full movies, so is that legal?

    Does the site that hosts the full movies have legal standing to do so? In other words are they themselves either copyright holders of the movies or an authorized redistribution channel with the authority to "resell" their rights? If so and you've gotten permission from them then there's probably no issue. If they aren't themselves authorized to show and host the movies you're still infringing a copyright.

    Basically you have to be able to trace the copyright back to the source/owner and they have to have given permission to someone in the chain of people who are hosting, or showing it. The fact that you aren't hosting a copyrighted movie doesn't absolve you of the responsibility in showing it. That would be like saying to the judge that yes, you've had that dead body in your car for a week, but you didn't kill the person your friend did so you shouldn't be held responsible for anything.
