Can I do this with paypal from my website? Please help

    I would like to set up a website where people sign up for my service

    enter paypal info.

    when they call me and use my service I can then go and charge their paypal account

    through the website would be good.

    How would this work?

    Why can't you try paypal buy now or subscription buttons .. you charge your clients directly from your website..

    No I want to charge them everytime they use my service. Not needing for them to visit the site.
