Can I do this with Joomla or Wordpress?

    Is it possible to do the same type of directory with Joomla or Wordpress and also be able to incorporate video?

    You can do anything in WordPress as long as you know how to utilize it. You would be able to do this in WordPress.

    You will have to install wordpresss with some add-ons and plugins - incorporate the scripts in the plugins and then modify the scripts = it will be possible, because wordpress use php as a background scripting language and everything is possible with php.
