Can i do this,is it illegal?

    I want to know,if i write exactly something that is in a book and call it unique,is it ok?Books/novels are not published online,so can i do that and sell as unique articles?

    That is called copyright violation and yes it is illegal, in every book there is a copyright notice, which is why you should read from cover to cover.

    You are not allowed to do so. Contents of majority of published books are copyrighted. You may be sued due to the copyright infringement.

    Copyright law applies to anything creative. Just because it is not online, does not mean it isn't copyrighted. Everything someone writes, designs, draws, or plays, and places it onto some type of storage, is copyrighted immediately upon completion of that work. Does not batter if it is online or offline. And trying to call it unique is likely to get the damages awarded to the plaintiff that sues you to be increased quite a bit.
