Can I do Deep Links on Articles?

    Of course you can, and you should. Deeplinking helps increase the rankings of the targetted page.

    Yes I don't know of any article directory that doesn't allow deep links.

    yup, in fact i encourage deep linking in both the articles on my article directory and in my article comments
