Can i delete my old directory after moving

    I moved my wordpress blog from /wordpress to .blog.domain.com about 1 year ago now. I am redirecting the /wordpress to .blog already. Can i delete the old one or should keep it for some reason?

    do you still get visitors from that? if not you can delete that.

    Is there a reason not to keep the redirect active?

    i mean the redirect i can keep but should i keep the old database and the directory on the server.

    The only thing you should need to keep is the redirects. You just need those redirects to tell visitors and the search engines that you have moved.
