Can i create short-cut keys?

The short-cuts i need, are to copy and paste text into different lines. This would be used for directory submission. Eg. Type 'Ctrl+11' to copy one line of text into the 'Url Field' etc... Can this be done? As it would save a lot of time for directory submissions

 

My keyboard has several programmable shortcut keys that can be used for this type of thing.

You mean like googles autoFill tool? Only that only works on the Name, Address etc fields.

 

Ye would have thought so, but im just thinking a simple "ctrl +" shortcut. You think this is programmable?

 

I wouldnt know that myself I'm afraid, but it would seem pretty hard to automatically find a specific field on a directory.

 

Hecky, thanks for the auto-fill suggestion. I managed to find a Firefox auto-fill addon which does the job.
