CAN I CREATE AN ACCOUNT THIS WAY

    im 16 years old , and aware that the age of consent for PayPal is 18.
    So i'm wondering , if i was to set up an account with my email address , bank details , contact number etc. , would that be acceptable if i was to do that , but under the information tab put in her details , like name age and place of residence (with her consent) or would i have to use her contact number and or email , or would this not work

    Who is 'her' here ? :p
    And no its not right to use PayPal if you are under 18. They are going to block your account. Even if you have to use it, make it on name of any of your relative who is above 18.
