Can I create a site like this.

    I want to create a site like www.merchantsitename-discount.com and I will put coupons code and give discount for the specific site. Is it ok to do ?

    i think its okay , moreover it should depend company by company and read their tos first

    thanks kodut , but I'm still not sure whether I can do it , any one else know about this , whether its legal and do you think this idea will work ?
