    If it's just for PPC, and a straight rip, use noarchive & noindex meta tags, so you don't affect the vendor's SEO.

    if i were a vendor and you did i would kick your ass...unless you were making mad sales for me but even then you should NOT copy the content......thats illegal brotha'!
