Right click on open window and select "view source" option from pop up options. You can see the code and css styles in notepad. Save the note pad on to your computer drive. Make changes according to your requirement.
Copy all the styles in to a notepad. Save the notepad with .css extension in same directory where you saved your html files. And link the .css file to your html files.
geekazoid, it's quite clear you aren't really sure what you have to do. Converting a site to CSS isn't something easy that you can pick up in a week and do it properly. I'd suggest getting some books or reading tutorials.
Definitely do some searches for css and css2 tutorials on the net. This isn't something we can walk you through on a forum without some prior knowledge.
You put all the stylesheet content in a blank file and save it as style.css or something and replace what you had in the header and moved to the stylesheet, with this. <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="style.css" />
