Can I convert a spreadsheet to something interactive on a website?

I have a spreadsheet (which has variables that the user can change) which I want to upload onto my website so people can use it.

I'm not really sure how I go about "converting" it as I've heard if it's converted to HTML it will lose it's calculating functions.
