Can i complain to DP against "Priya Kochin" member

Hi,
I hired this guy called "Priya Kochin" under the "Buy and Sell/Services" section and paid him $45 as he provided a service in which he will post the site details to around 1000 directories.

He just completed around 200-300 sites and started making excuses that my hard-drive crashed,vacation,festival etc...and never bothered to complete them...i even asked him to refund $25 but he never cared to reply that as well..

So,can i complaint to DP against him???

Sounds like a typical scammer to me ... that guy should be banned from here quick

 

The festival bit is true with the indian new year, diwali etc.

 

$25 for 1,000 directories! You got 200-300 directories for $25 surely that's still good value for money.

I would leave and move on.

 

No, it's not a one month thing, he's making excuses since last 4 months.....and when it was too much, i thought of posting it here.

 

do a paypal dispute or chargeback. let's fight fraud!

 

i've had some problems with username "gamerzcity". i spent 3 days making 100 good quality on his forums. and no payment from him. i've sent him numerous messages and no answer at any of them, even though it shows he was active just yesterday. he should've paid me 2 weeks ago.

scammers suck!

 

Send him a PM and tick the checkbox where it says Request Read Receipt.

 

No use, receipts can be rejected as far as I remember.

 

Nope, it says in your profile one unread receipt is the person has not read it

 

I mean..when a user reads a PM which has a receipt attached to it, it also asks as whehther to send receipt reply or not. So it can be rejected and even after reading PM, it can say Unread PM in receipt.

 

Leave him a negative Itrader if you feel that the service provided was not up to scratch.

DP does not take part in personal disputes between members.

 

I tried to do a paypal claim but paypal does not allows these types of claims the website reported back.

Anyways,i don't care much that i lost $45, the only thing is this is not good

I left neg feedback for him.

i'd say, if you he some negative itrader comments, you better read them before make any deal.
