Can I close and open again my Paypal account?

    I am very close to the total limit at my Paypal account.So,I was thinking can I close my account and open it again?Will the limit start from the begining again?

    P.S. I can't verify my account because I don't have a credit card.

    Buy a VCC for 5$ and raise your limits (and verify your account) with it.

    I think you can do it. Buy a VCC is one solution to raise your sending or witdraw limits.
