Can i close a personal paypal account and create a new personal account?

    As the title, i want to close (or delete if that possible) a current personal paypal account due to limitation. (the limitation not caused by illegal use, scam or something, they just need some documents i can't provide). So, i want to close this one and create a new personal account, is that possible? with different debit card and email address of course.

    And can i do the same for a business account?

    Last question, can i have two personal accounts? with different email address and debit card?

    You wont have the option to close or delete your account coz its Limited. Even if you create new account they might limit it again.

    If one paypal account gets limited, everything with your name will get limited too (paypal accounts). So don't open a new account with the same info -- it will get limited.

    Best thing to do is open a new account under a relative's permission/name, and then create a business from that account and run things as usual.

    Actually if name, bday, ssn, are the same. I don't know about address, but wouldn't rule it out.

    You can't close out a limited account, but you should have no probs creating a new one with different email and payment information.

    Not talking about you can delate it. There is limitable my bad experieance it's hard to update my phone number.
