The site owner can paid when the Adsense hosted on their website get clicked by visitors. Adsense typically pay per click and not by impression. At the same time, the Adwords customers only pays when someone click on their ads. If no one clicks on the adsense, the site owner do not earn anything. Of course, with that said, you can click the adsense of other people's website, just not your own. Only click if the ads interest you and no to inflate the number of clicks of the site owner.
You can click on other people's ads, if they genuinely appeal to you. Never, click on your own ads. If you do so, Google will catch you, and ban your account... forever.

there were lots ads alliance of the webmaster in china. they clicked the ads for each other and was banned once google get them.
of course you can, nobody stopping anyone from clicking Adsense Ads. googles' proprietary click fraud system may know you might be cheating them hence, don't abuse clicking on other ads or in that case, your ads. the banhammer might visit you soon if you inadvertedly increase your clicks. just leave it alone. let visitors do them, this way its a legit click. promote your site and the clicks will just increase over time.
You can of course. If you think the ad is something you want then ya. But in many cases I have clicked an AD solely because the title was so appealing and I just wanted to see whats the deal all about.. so i dont see anything wrong with it.. unless u go maniac and click 10-20 times same ad
Very nice. I just go drive around the state all day finding different computers I can use to click my own ads. Different IP every time, works like a charm. In the end I spend about $300 more in gas than I make but its fun anyways.

why not? the ads is being there to click. you can't click only your own ads. anyway, it's wise if you just click the ads which are interesting for you.
