As long as you a different mailing address and maybe use another cc as the one you use on your amazon affiliate account, it should be ok

If you are a serious affiliate why roll the dice? The answer (directly from Amazon) is no. Would that 5 percent off your purchase really be worth a permaban from their program?

Just for checking the ad setting etc it is one or two time Ok, but I don't think there will be any need for clicking it later again and again?

Great point. I spend $300-$600 a month at Amazon and I wouldn't risk it for the 5%. I'm already getting a great deal.

And now I might spend more as I've been starting to build my HD DVD collection (and thinking about Blu-Ray). :D

no - don't do it the 4% savings isn't worth it. I'm sure you could probablybget away with it if you were crafty, but why....over such a small %.

$40/per $1000 you spend, huge discount. I also agree why risk it?

There's no way they'll close your account for this (it could be accidental, since most of us have our own cookeis from clicking our links to make sure we've pasted them right!), they'll just take the amount back off you.

Agreed, they'll never ban you except in extreme circumstances. We aren't talking about Google Adsense! lol
