No! You can go on with the same ads...only change the content and the meta tag.

    Huh?

Just remove the Adsense Code from your site. Redo anything you want. Then insert it again? What am I missing about this question?

Yes you can, happens every day.
Just be sure not to show any ads without content on the pages the ads are on.
This will keep you safe if you are worried about adsense.

If it's about adsense then you've nothing to worry about. But if it's about SEO, then you might thingking of placing your content somewhere else on your website. SE doesn't like missing pages. If you're a google webmaster tools user there's a facility there to change the URL of your content.

As guys up there said. Just remove the site content and re-generate/type the meta tag again in the site code.
