Can I claim my money back if not receive products in full?

Hi there,

I paid with my verified paypal to another verified paypal for some products. But after 1 month, I got package and only half of products there, about $400 of $1000 in total. Of cause other side said they ship full.

Can I claim my money, at least the $600 back from paypal, if can, what should I do?

You can open dispute against the seller during the 45 days after the original payment sent. go to details of that payment and then you will find the option there.

Did anyone have this kind of experience, I wanna know the chance of success and how long will consume. I do not want shoot blank. Thanks guys.
