can i choose to display ads?

    if i promote ads through google adwords then can i choose on which site to appear my ads?

    You can create a site targeted campaign and choose some sites from the content network but the CPC is usually quite expensive

    You can run site targeted CPM (not CPC) campaigns via Google AdWords.

    There's also a AdWords site targeted CPC invitation only beta that looks promising.
