There is some issue with my blog and I'm unable to access wp-admin page. What should I do now? Can I change theme of my blog from cpanel?

If you zip your current theme from cpanel and then delete it it should revert to a default theme. There are a few ways to go about fixing this. Not sure if that will resolve not being able to see your admin panel though.

    hope that helps,
    Nigel

Simply deleting the theme folder would revert your wordpress to the default theme. However, it may not be a theme-related issue. If you're sure about that, you still should fix your theme to prevent this sort of things to happen. Can you tell us what error you get?
