I registered a domain for a year at a registrar.

I want to change to godaddy.com, how can I change it?

yes, you can do it by transferring ur domain. But it only works if your domain has been registered at least for 60 days at the old registrar.

First thing you do if you want to transfer from one registrar to another is to unlocking your domain name and remove all anonymous whois. Then at GoDaddy do a Transfer and pay for the transfer fees. Then go through the motion.

See GoDaddy FAQ about transferring domain

Yeah, great tips above. Do a transfer request at GoDaddy (they have a dot com sale if it is a dot com right now). You'll then have to unlock it at your current registrar and get a number to enter at GoDaddy.

It sounds difficult, but they will walk you through it.
