Can i change the adress?

    hello, i have a question, i reward my PIN for 3 times, and never received it. i can change the adress with the same beneficiary?, its possible?, because the adress its to difficult in my city.
    So when i change my adress for other, google it is going to think some stranger?.

    it took a while for me to get my pin in the mail. I actually didn't think it was ever going show up. I think it was almost 3 weeks before it did.
