Can i change/remove Themeforest footer links after buying theme?

    Yes, you can. Sometimes you can do it from the theme panel but usually you simply have to yank it out of footer.php.

    Yes, code is open on all themes I've encountered so far - don't think they sell any encrypted-code themes.
