I have a personal Paypal Account. Can I change this Personal Account to Premier?? Or Can I creat another Premier A/c with the same Information? I'm an Indian so Can I use the Same Pan Card and Credit card for the both A/c (personal and Premier)? I think there is less fees in premier accouts for receive money.
Of course... you can change your personal account to premier and vice-versa... but only once! If you opt to open another premier account, you can very well do so with same identity information... but unfortunately, you would not be able to use the same CC for it! Regards, RightMan
Yeah you can have only 1 Personal & only 1 of either Premier or Business account at a time.And you can't use Same CC & same PAN Card for two accounts.You must use diff PAN Card Number & different CC in those two accounts.
Yes you can change your paypal account from personal to premier as well as you can create another premier or business account with your name. You can keep both accounts with you as paypal allowed one personal and another premier/business account per person. DON.

Just upgrade your account to premier account by clicking on the link labeled "Profile" which you will find at the top of the page.
You can have 2 accounts on PayPal! There is upgrade option to upgrade your account from Personal to Premier account!
