If you going to change your hosting then you need to move your site (move your site's current data) to new hosting provider. But first you need to change NS details in your domain CP.

Actually I'm facing some problem with my site I'm unable to open my site or CP. actually I had pasted wrong code in my CP so my site is not being open whereas my host can solve this problem but he is doing nothing that's why I'm going to change my host. Please also tell me that what are NS details?

NS stands for Name Servers details. Have you tried to contact your current hosting provider about password issue ?

Data transferring should not be a problem.

And most hosts will be more than happy to do the transferring for you if you ask them.

    Hi there,
You can definitely change web hosts, the process is not complicated at all. I've never dealt with a web host before that wouldn't transfer your website for you, so I don't think you should have a problem finding that service. Good luck, and feel free to PM me if you have any more questions.

If you change from a hosting company, some companies offer to transfer all of your files for you free of charge. If you can't do that, just take the files off of your server right now that it is being hosted on and upload them to the new one.

And why do you want to shange hosting? I prefer to have constant dedicated hosting because I want to avoid the difficulties connected with its change.
