Can I change adsense design it's google TOS ?

    Hello friends,
    As we know adsense give us html code and as per that code adsense display on our site
    I don't want to make change in that code but I just want to make change in div in which I am placing adsense code.
    I want to make change in terms of look.
    So it's google TOS?

    I am add adsense in one div which is very stylist div. So user attract to click over there ?

    Placement - yes you can play around with it
    Designs of Ad - hell no, otherwise you can get suspended or ban :)
