    you request Google support via mail , they will change it , some one in DP has changed before.

    No. If you change country of residence you will need to open a new account and close your old account.

    Contact Google Adsense support whenever you move to a different country. They will arrange a new account to be opened first so you can change your Adsense code on your pages before closing the old account. At least that was the way 2 years ago. Contact them anyway and they'll sort you out.

    currently google adsense does not allow you to change country!
