Can I call paypal on Saturday ? I want to clarify whether they review my documents presented for verification ? I am having personal paypal !
yes you can call paypal Saturday but they process verification documents in business days only.that what i knw about paypal i am not sure if they provide 24/7 support/work.
Check https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_contact-phone , you will need to log in for this. It will tell you the number to call for service and also the operating hours. Here in Singapore, the phone support is open from Monday to Sunday but they do not operate 24 hours. Support is provided irregardless to the type of Paypal account you have.
