Can i buy with VCC ?

    I think ebay has a buyer protection which releases the fund to the seller only when buyer confirms it . And also if i dont want the product i got ,how will the money get refunded to the account with only VCC data ? VCC expires if not used in a day or two.

    there are two types of vcc in the marjet. one is the viral and the other is the reloadable vcc if you have the reloadable one you can do pay using it but not receive money. vcc only for pay bills and online.
