Hi, I am buying an iPhone 3G from the site ioffer.com The site just works like ebay.com. The problem is that the merchant from whom I'm buying the iphone is new. He agrees upon accepting payment via PayPal! Is it safe ? I mean should i send him the money via PayPal as GOODS. He'll send me the good next day after receiving the payment. Should I send the money as GOODS ? Can I win the dispute if I don't receive that iPhone OR if I receive any damaged or replica iPhone ? PS: I'm buying it for $240(Includes shopping cost) I'm from Pakistan, PayPal doesn't support my country but I'm using my friend's account. Would like to hear from you. Thanks Murtaza-
The ball is in your court murtaza... buying with paypal is very safe then selling.. take all the docs. like invoice etc. I know the pp you are using not u r friends, but your binami. that may be a draw back. good luck.
If you are accessing the account from a Pakistan IP or through a proxy you should realize that PayPal might limit his account so that no money can be spent. That's a problem if you end up needing to dispute the purchase - by doing so you could get his account shut down.
paypal can limit or refund , locked by account from him u can find seller good - many feedback on ebay market
Also if you are using your friend's paypal then never try to login from your country (Pakistan) as paypal might limit that account based upon IP address of your country.
