I'm trying to buy something online it's 50$, I had about 46$ I withdrew 4$ from my bank account and took like 3 days to come and I see they took away about 60 cents! so now I have 49.40$.. can I borrow a dollar please

Well there is 2 cases when you will you will use "vous"

first case: you are talking to many peoples at the same time
second case: you are talking to a complete stranger or someone older than you that you respect a lot .
