Can i block my ip address in Google Adsense?

There are two reasons why i would like to block my own ip address from Google Adsense. The first is in case of an invalid click. The other day i was editing a site and almost clicked on the advert by mistake! The other reason is to help reduce the page views that my ip address generates.

Anyone know about doing this

I think you can use Click Bomb, this will disable invalid clicks from the same IP.

You can probably block your Ads via your router. You don't have to block AdSense per se but only your ads. This way, it will not show on your own browsers but will still be visible through other people via other IPs.

No, There is no option available in Adsense till yet to disable any IP or Invalid Clicks.
But if you are using Word press or joomla then you can do it by installing plugin.
    For Joomla Here useful plugins...

Then unblock it from your router temporarily. From what I understand, you want to see your ads but they are also blocked at the same time? That's quite something mate.

I was thinking more along the lines of Google Adsense ignoring all traffic from my ip address, something that could be found within the Adsense control panel. I can still see the ads, but Google ignores me as a vistor.

The extra impressions do not really matter. I used to have a site that I frequently update and go through many many pages. My CPC was still about 60 cents per click even though I was inflating the impressions by at least a thousand per month.
