Can I block a keyword

For some reason my site seems to display a lot of links to sites with the name "journey" in it. I figure this is because my site is www.journeyoftheanimals.com. But many many times (especially with the "journey" ads) it is displaying ads that have nothing to do with the topic of my site. What is the best way to deal with this and try to get better focused ads?

I am tired of looking at wrinkle cures on my household pet site.

There is actually no way of Blocking a keyword as far as I know about it. But, Google says that it is currently working on such a tool for blocking a keyword. :)

The only thing that you can do now is to use the "Competitive Ad Filter" facility provided by Adsense to block all ads from an Advertiser's site.

If you have any doubts regarding Competitive Ad Filter, or if you want to implement it on your site, you might find this really useful. Actually, you need to use this page for a good way to go around it. :)

I am not able to post live links now. :(
So, I have now posted the URL in code tag.
