Can I be banned for swapping Ads on same site?

    I downloaded some templates and realised they had adsense in them when I had already tested them on my domain. I presume this means the ad view is already recorded by google as having come from my domain, but it was not my ad. When I remove these ads and replace with mine, will I be banned?
