Can i be accepted back after being banned on adsense for 3 months?

Adsense disabled ads on my site due to invalid clicks which i never took part in.
This incidence occured around may this year.

I've written an appeal but never got a reply.

So i wanted to know if there's anything else i could do to regain my adsense account?

Many people re-apply but in doing so fail to realise that this breaks the terms of the original legal contract you signed up to with adsense, which says you can't re-apply once banned. You can't use the code on that site again anyway

Contract rules say you can't re-apply once banned ,so i am afraid you may not be accepted back
    Good luck though!

    Hello covs67,
    Good news for you!
You can accept back. But you need to be a bit tricky.
You need to apply with a different Google Adsense account. Open onother Google account, send invitation to that account as a contributor of your blog, then make that account as an admin of your blog. Then delete the previous account from your admin list. Now reapply with the new account.
    Note:
    1. Before that please remove all the contents that you think cause your rejection or Google disabled your site for that reason.

Hope the above tips will help you to get your Adsense Account back.

    With Regards,

So you're encouraging them to break the legal agreement she signed which says you can't re-apply once banned?
Also in relation to your point 1 - they ban the site, so even if they get a new account they can't place the new code on the site - don't you think google might just have something in place to prevent that. How dumb do you think they are???

    Hello adsenseplr,
Thank you for your comment. If someone is getting banned from Google for his mistakes then if he corrects the mistake then what is the problem with Google.
He is not going to apply with the same account. A different name in the account means a different member, a new person. It is not necessarily him. If the new member corrects all the faults and again apply for adsense then what is the problem.
Google is not dumb! Google is very smart. Google does not have any problem with clear and good content or good things that match their program policy. This is possible and this is very much possible. That is why i have encouraged him to clear all his mistakes and then re-apply him.
Do you think if someone in the whole life of blogging gets banned once, he does not use Adsense for the whole life? It is not true.
May be your comment is from your point of view but i am also telling this with logic and experience.
    Thanks!

What you are advocating is fraud and cheating. You will be treated accordingly when caught. Idiots that advocate cheating should be treated with contempt.

A ban for invalid clicks is for life.
