Can i ask visitors to use my Google Custom Search Box?

Is it against the Google TOS to ask my site visitors to use the Google Custom Search Box? In addition is it a violation to portray the google custom search box as being a search for my website even if the results are on Google and not within the site itself?

The reason i ask these questions is because i have a website where there is not much content, in fact this one page site is more like a search engine, with a large google custom search box located at the very top-center of the page. I have text above and below the box mainly talking about the things available to search in that specific niche.

Thanks for the help, i don't want to get Google offside or violate their terms.

Do not ask them to use Google search, instead of that you can rearrange the Search box in an attractive way. So that the users can directly use your Google search box.

Yes, it's a bin NO in adsense to force your visitor to use your adsense search box.
