    I applied earlier for adsense with a name and address. But my that adsense account got blocked later. I haven't received any payment and haven't verified my address also because I didn't reached to the required amount to get verified.

    So my question is that Can I apply for another Adsense account with same name and address ?

    No. To attempt it or open another Adsense account after being banned is fraud.
    Read section 2 and 10 of what you agreed to when you first joined AdSense.

    No, you burnt your bridges with Adsense when you got banned, like @Agent000 said it's fraud, the chances of you ever getting paid if you manage to get another account are slim to zero.

    Well my personal belief is never to cheat to anyone, you can't outsmart a robust system like adsense from Google.. Please satisfy yourself with a single running account.

    you will have to register on another name address and email altogether.
    best option will be to create an account for a relative and use it

    Because your relatives won't be at all fucked off when you get banned again and they can never use it.
    Or maybe they already are but you don't realise and your selfishness gets both accounts banned

    Plenty more advertisers out there.

    Can I use same bank account in another adsenseaccount when previous is banned?

    Everybody wants..I also..
    But the problem is that my only and single adsense account get banned... So i asked this....

    Using same address and same email or same name you may not get approval. Use totally different address. I'm not sure, but this may work !!

    You can do it. But it has some risks. You have already lost your Adsense account. So be careful, do everything maintaining all the rules and regulations.
    If you want to apply for another Adsense, you should use the differernt name, address. It will be helpful.

    Don't do this:
    You can make a new Adsense account, but slightly change you details.
    If your name on the banned account was "Jean Luc Picard" you can enter "Jean Picard" on your new one.
    If your address on the first account was "1 Enterprise Road" you can enter "One Enterprise Rd" on your new account.
    You'll need a new bank account.

    It is easier (and you'll usually make more money) if you go with a new network.
