My first adsense a/c is deactivated by google. So, can i apply for another adsense a/c for another name and another address. First adsense a/c is of my name, So can i apply for another a/c for my friends name and address with different e-mail id. Please help me?
You can apply if you are willing to take the risk. Also, do not use that account on the same sites it was used previously.
Without reason, they can't disable. Same answer, you may have received an email where reason is specify. Break the rules and your account ban again.
