You have a naked woman ad on the Earning Network one ( don't use that one )

Submit the one with the best/most content and content that is within TOS. Also get rid of any ads on the one you submit.

Remember, Google is looking for a content rich site that has relevance.

Yes, content is the king to make Adsense work for you. If you have good content, then there is no reason that Google will deny your site.

I suggest you read adsense TOS first. You will get banned in no time if you don't. And an adsense ban is a death sentence most of the time, only a handful of people are lucky enough to get their account back.

1 more thing, Google doesn't care if your site has been up for 1 month or even 6 months. All that matters is how much content is on your site, and whether or not it meets the TOS. As tyrowen stated, if you have any form of pornography then your better of using adbrite, since it will take Google no time to permanently ban your account if they find any violations. Don't look at what other sites are doing, read the TOS and be smart about your decisions.

Once you made a website, running, and attracts a decent traffic, apply for google adsense.

They will review your website/blog and if your site is withing their policies, they will accept you into the program.

They have made stricter rules like, unless a site/blog is 6 months old, they wont accept you. So create nice and unique content and then go for applying for adsense.

    You are right !!

Well, Google sometimes also checks the PR !

Once it mailed to me that since you have 0PR your site can't get approved.
Let your site rock and then apply for adsense.
