Can I apply for adsense from an IP used by a banned publisher?

    Hello,

    I am in the way to apply to adsense but after reading here, I am in doubt if I can do it as I was thinking to do.
    The question is, I was thinking to subscribe for adsense but from my university network (who has a proxy). Since it seems there are other people that have been using adsense from it too and get banned (obviously, now I understand I, because they didn't disable adsense clicks from inside unviersity network), I don't know if I can apply to adsense because the IP for sure will be the same. well, just to know because other way for now I don't have any alternative since I don't have a personal connection to internet.

    Would not have thought it would be a problem. Chances are your university has more than one IP!!
