    The answer is no .

Last year I applied for my site while it was under construction and here is the reply that I got ,

Thank you for your interest in Google AdSense. Unfortunately, after reviewing your application, we're unable to accept you into Google AdSense at this time.

We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.

    Issues:

    - Under construction

    ---------------------

    Further detail:

Under construction: We've found that your site’s pages are incomplete or under construction. We require websites to be launched and navigable before being considered for AdSense. Your site must also contain enough content for our specialists to review, and to display relevant ads. Once the majority of your site is complete and functional, we'll be happy to reconsider your application.

I hope you have got your answer :)

Your site should be completely finished and been up for 6 months before you apply.

That is exactly right! No you cannot apply for adsense and hope to get approve if your site is still under construction and is not yet at least 6 months live/publish.

    Thanks

I heard you can apply through blogs. Will that make the process faster?

Its pretty hard to get into adsense now a days.. They are not accepting any domains with less content and less than 6 months old.

Google Adsense policy states that they cannot accept the sites which are under construction or under development.

Of course not. And better do not risk. In anycase it has no sense to apply for Adsense for a website without traffic. Play nice with Google and all will be success.

    Good luck.

I´m sorry, my post was posted twice.

By the way, I tell you that one good practice always to start with Adsense is to wait until your website has some decent traffic. Otherwise it will bring no earnings.

Hey man I see so many wrong answers here. I see that everyone is saying your site has to be up for 6 months before you can apply for google adsense. I see them saying you can not get google otherwise. All false statements. Do like I did to get your google adsense account and make it active by the end of this month.

Go to google and sign into your account if you do not have one yet make one. Then go to blogger which is hosted by google. Start a teaser blog simply making 3 or more post in a week. Go to your adsense and use your blogger account as your adsense site. Wait a few days if you had amply amount of post you will now get approved for adsense. All you need for your adsense account really is the pub-4232421441344234234 which you can now use for any site you so please. Good luck
