No, you need for your old account to be reinstated.

If you legally form a new company you can get back in although because you are a new company, you are not entitled to your old money back (You also may have trouble using the same site that was banned unless you prove its in new ownership)

    Why were you banned?

To be honest with you, you are walking a thin line there so you may not get a lot of help from people here on that front. Technically it is possible but it isn't really the honest thing to do.

You have to start with registering the new company...How you do that differs in every country. There are also a lot of expenses involved. Just saying you are a new company, doesn't make you one ;)

would u please help us to understand the meaning of illigal clicks
    is it the owner clicks
or a lot of clicks from the same IP if yes then I could with a couple of friend disable any adsense account
google should declare this and make a precaution to the account owner

illigal clicks or invalid clicks are clicks that are considered by G as part of the click fraud. It could be a click of yours, click of your friends or click of those malicious person.

Although it is not revealed how G detects it, but it might be a click from someone who owns the registered IP for that adsense acount, repetitive clicks or anything. Only Google knows it.

See my description of click fraud for more information. But yes, in theory it would be possible for people to get together to try and disable someone's account, but Google does analyze its logs looking for suspicious patterns and publishers can get themselves reinstated if they can show that someone was targeting them specifically.

why you show chitika to this guy? He doesn't deserve anything. For people who's being banned from any PPC program, better stay away from other program too because the chances he will repeat his stupid is very high...

$1350of invalid clicks, what a waste....
