    Try to contact the attorneys and ask if you can add your name to their suits ... if it is a class action lawsuit, the more the merrier.

    I am afraid to tell you that you cannot sue them.When you agreed with that service(that sucks) you agreed to share some infos ..
    Be sure that you will win if you sue them.If not I guess they will ask you for lot`s of back charges because you sue them and you lost their time.
    BE SURE!!!

    off topic " a woman sue windows because she didn`t agree with the installation agreement that she was not informed before buying the windows XP professional" but she won .. and she is god damn rich now :)

    that was long time ago .. and after that when you want to buy a windows xp from any market you have to sign 1st the installation agreement :) (anyway that woman had a great lawyer )

    Every attorney on this planet is jumping at the opportunity to sue for your damages caused as a result. What are they... three or four million dollars?
